Long time lurker first time poster.
We bought this fridge last week on the last Good Guys eBay sale.
We found it to be the best Price/Feature for this type of fridge (Plumbed Water/Ice dispenser, French Door, Slim Ice Maker, etc).
Couldn't believe it's even cheaper now (sigh).
It's a 'Choice Recommended' fridge for June 2017.

Following their competitors, LG also has a Cashback scheme at the moment, $200 for this model, which was why we pulled the trigger.
Submitted the claim Friday and got confirmation today, although the fund might take up to ten weeks:(
Anyway, hopefully this is useful for someone else.

    Not sure how you got the Cashback as the 'Promotional Period' was between 12:01am (AEST) on 5th July 2017 to 11:59pm (AEST) on 3rd September 2017.

    I have this fridge, I got it for about $2k, and even at that price, it's a great fridge. Total bargain at $1600.
