I just received mine and I ordered on Monday, however the battery seems dead. It doesn't charge and keeps blinking like 16 times and goes off. I can't turn on the drone with the battery.

Have you contacted them about this? I made sure I paid with Paypal so that both eBay and Paypal have my back when shit hits the fan. I assumed they were decent from the DJI Spark post and when I spoke to them they seemed pretty nice. I could be wrong though
I've seen others mention the same issue online - so it's a known issue that has happened to others. So hopefully nothing to do with the seller.
Just hope they're easy to deal with if I have any dramas.

They don't seem to be good with their communication, they haven't answered my questions from Monday. I contacted them this afternoon ounce I noticed the issue, and no response.
I called the mobile number provided and left a message but no response.
@nadan: That's no good.. hmm they mustn't be very big if they are using a mobile phone as a company number. Hopefully they respond. Let us know how you go with this.
It is weird, the invoice is from camera house, the shipping is from MacArthur camera house. However only a single mobile number listed. Which doesn't get answered.
This happen to me as well, just contact directly to dji and they will replace it.

mine is doing a tour of the US. FL to TN to KY to OH and now in Kentucky. Looks like its getting international shipping now. Hopefully it comes straight to Australia and doesnt tour the world

@marckie: My package has also arrived later today. Still haven't got time to set it up for first flight yet, but noticed a tiny dent close to the battery compartment :( Guess it's a refurbished so that's why. Finger crossed for its performance.
