Can't Call Landlines from LYCA Mobile

Guys,
Just warning

Can't call landlines from LYCA Mobile for the past week, As always it's hopeless to call Lyca Mobile they don't give any updates? did a bit of searching this has happened before.

LycaMobile landline outage - anyone else

Anyone facing this issue ? any way to get this resolved ?

The only reason I'm with them is for the free international calls to 10 countries, but crazy we also need to call Australian landlines. Wondering what can be done.

Any recommendations for alternative providers:
Need unlimited Australian and international calls to (NZ / UK / US / INDIA )

      So you are able to call Aus landlines from your lyca prepaid ?

      Me and partner both on lyca both are unable to call landlines, it goes into beep immediately after.

        From last 10 year. No issues. Call anytime. workes fine. Have you tried turning it off and on again?

          yes of course I have restarted, multiple times. Still can't make a call to landlines.

          Overseas landlines work but National landlines don't work.

    The only reason why I am still with them is because the credit never expires and voicemail is free.

    Amaysim is an alternative for unlimited calls to those countries.

      thanks, Sorry I should have mentioned need Telstra network as we travel often, I think there are very limited choices Boost is one.

      It took a while and it did auto resolve, but for weeks on end it didn't work.
      I'm out of lyca now.

    OK this is happening again, can't call landline, it simply disconnects

    We are having thr same issue since yesterday. Call center has long hold times.

    Any luck speaking to them?

      No i just end up using landline at home. It's frustrating.

      I'm only with them for Telstra network plus overseas calls. Please suggest if an alternative exists

    Lyca is shit
    They always have issues connecting landline calls
    Call centre people say it will fix automatically tomorrow

    For the record still facing issues.

    Hate Lyca unfortunately need international calls so still sticking with it for now
