just called puma. i ordered 3 times (2 from previous code, 1 from this one) because the website froze and didnt think the purchase went through. (didnt get any confirmation emails)

Puma's order processing seems a lot slower than new balance (new balance had a lot more likes, so I assume more sales too). I ordered from both puma and new balance at the same time (early morning on the 22nd). The new balance one got shipped out on the 23rd and I got it today. Whereas the puma one still hasn't been shipped lol.

Just got an email from Australia Post saying my Delivery is coming tomorrow - with a tracking number too.
Yeah i even got my mates at Puma to move the hidden stock over so i could buy it. yes 2 warehouses but i'm sure Mr entitled and associated knew that.

If it comes tomorrow or friday. It would have been within their 3-7day(assuming business days) window, so I suppose I can't complain.

Just called Puma for my order on the 21st. Order is in the queue to be picked and should be shipped on Monday 04/12.
They are swamped and seriously in need for more pickers in the warehouse. Don't think this is their first rodeo with sales online. Leaves a bad taste to online shopping with Puma.
I thought must be only me or heaps of others that haven't received their products. My order was put on the 22nd, 3-7 days delivery. They didn't respond to my emails so I gave them a call. The excuse was it is 3-7 days delivery once the order is shipped out which i find to be ridiculous! If I don't get my stuff by next week I am cancelling my order

Ended up being delivered 15 days after I order. Really poor service. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry and I did score a good deal
Poor service on Puma, not ordering from there again. Ordered 1 backpack and 2 shoes and they only sent me 1 backpack (which was delivered 3 weeks after order) and they are just ignoring my email and enquiry about two shoes that aren't delivered yet.
Just bought 2 pairs of shoes for $110 delivered :) Only way to see products though is to click on "featured"…..strange….
