One of my favourite modular lego buildings, $200 is a great price IMO, a lot of fun to build and looks great. Myer used to sell this for around the same price every once in a while during a sale but I think it's out of stock there now.

Shipping is free from Metro Hobbies for orders >$99. I've bought from there online once and had no issues with the purchase.

The store is having other sales too, worth a look.

Edit - it originally showed up as $200 for me but now it says $249. However, they're having 20% off lego using the code "jumboblack" so hopefully you'll get the price reduction anyway.

Edit2 - some people have been able to purchase it for $160 by using the code. Even better if that's the case!

      Weird, it said $200 for me, but the store must have ninja-edited its price after I made my post. They're running a 20% off deal with lego using the code "jumboblack" so you should get the price down to around $200 anyway.

    $200 is not a fantastic price, but $160 is, especially for people who has paypal amex offer, bring down to $140

      Modulars are very addictive, once you've gotten one, you'll want to collect the other ones… I started with the detective office and now I've bought 4 other modular buildings. So much fun to put together!

          I didnt buy but I will see if they honour the order, will do business or post deal with these guys if they post your order. Otherwise like Shopforme, they simply cancelled my order last time due to their price issue. I will never recommand anyone to shop with them.

    Code also works for the LEGO NASA Apollo Saturn V 21309, which brings it down to $135.99 delivered. This is the practically the same price as the Myer deal posted here. Nice one OP! Might want to edit the post to reflect that the code seems to apply to a wider category (maybe all LEGO?).
