Philips Premium All-in-One Cooker $239.20 ($189.20 w/ $50 Cashback) @ Bing Lee eBay

40
POWERON

The Philips Premium All-in-One cooker.

Normally sell for $349
Now $239.20 thanks to Original 20% off Bing Lee at eBay Deal Post
Add $50 cashback from Philips and it is $189.20 for click and collect.
Otherwise $9 postage for me.

I have had one for a year and it is one of the most satisfying appliances I have bought. It comes with two pots (a non-stick and a stainless) which I find very helpful and don't have to keep washing pots. Cashback was easy when I made my claim last year.

Whats the difference between the premium philips all in one cooker and normal philips all in one cooker (the cheaper version)

    • Fundentally, not that much. A pot is a pot, and the basic concept of slow cooking or pressure cooking remains the same. I wouldn't upgrade to this if I already have a functioning original version.

The premium has a few more preset cooking options, an extra pot, and some more accessories I believe.

  • Can I stack this with the ebay 10% off tomorrow?

    • No

  • Does it do congee?

    • Certainly. But don't get it just for making congee - there are much cheaper ways to make congee.

      • Nah, need a new rice cooker in general but my main criteria will be to be able to make Congee unassisted. I usually spend up to 2 hours making my congee and would like to be able to just put all the ingredients in a pot in the morning and have it auto turn on at 5pm to be ready for me by the time I get back home from work.

        • There’s a recipe to making 20 min congee, you need to put prewashed rice on the freezer for 8 hours before you cook it, but still you need watch then on stove

  • the stainless pot is the bonus ….. with some cookers if the non stick starts to fail either due to metal utensils or poor bonding replace the is expensive if available.

stainless last’s forever and is dishwasher safe.

thks will get one unless myer or good guys have similar deal …… i’m in melbourne so no bing lee…..so i guess $9 postage wanted the stainless pot but price was the turn off.

  • They removed postage option ….now only click n collect ….without ebay still do $9 delivery ……might check amazon or wait for next deal.

  • Now available with postage again …..

  • Thanks for the post! Grabbed one.
