Sure he's probably not on the TPG Network seeing as it's a US Number, but if he is a dealer then they should do something about it.

For those that are angry (I'm not, I wouldn't deal with a clueless guy about Sync speeds, steals other people's posts not bothering to reword it to answer someone's questions), just follow these steps:
1) Get some baseball bats, rock up to the printing factory and politely ask for your cashback.
2)If he accepts, go to [3a], if he refuses, go to [3b]
3a) Leave but glare at him while doing so
3b) Put a black page into one (or more) of his photocopiers, and press 1000 (or more) on his commercial photocopier(s), press start and glare at him =]

lol, having troubles getting your cash back? fancy that. seriously, report him or the company to the accc for his false advertising. i signed up at the beginning of the year and used http://www.yourbroadband.com.au/discounts.php for $25. the money was in my bank the day after i notified them that my registration was successful.
He is still active on the site and disputes that he has received emails. Perhaps something is wrong with his email.
