I missed the last Thermapen sale and was lookining for one today. if you’re going to buy a copy, maybe this is a lower risk one as reviews seem good although I’ve yet to read them to see if it’s really “instant” and “accurate” as the Thermapen is

Oh, It showed as $33.49 including delivery for sydney for me.
I too got a total of $37.74 USD including shipping (to SA). At today’s exchange rates, that’s a few cents less than $50 AUD, which is less than half the nearest price I can see for a Javelin Pro on eBay, and less than a third of a Thermapen MK4. Good deal.
Red is still available but now it is showing as US $37.74 delivered .
