          Yes. I believe the 4X has a smaller and lower resolution display and a slower CPU.

          Same screen.

          There's two CPU models for both versions.. Snapdragon and Helios. The International models are Snapdragons for 4 and 4X.

          Main difference is 4X is a newer and slightly cheaper built version. A bit more plastic construction. Other slight differences here and there.

          In the end they're both mido phones and use the exact same OS build.

          Redmi is not here, but a Mi Max 2 which was shipped on 3rd December arrived today. Redmi was shipped on the 5th.
