Does anyone know how to contact Click Frenzy? They cancelled my order...

So I managed to snag the $4 Xbox deal. But a few days ago, they sent me an email saying that I breached the T&Cs and mentioned that only one person /household is allowed the gift.

I can confirm that I only ordered one and no other person in my house has made an order.

Anyway I want to contact them to clarify and sort it out. I have sent an email but they haven't responded to me. Their phone number takes me to their voice mail because all click frenzy operators are busy. I have left a tweet on Twitter but they haven't replied either. I have also left a comment on their contact us page on the click frenzy site.

Does anyone know of another way to contact them?

You can trying running a case against them for a breach of your contract. It's about the principles, not about the item, even better if you graduated from the best law school in Australia but chose your passion instead -_-

It is said that once you graduate from the best law school in Australia, you look for non-executive board positions to disrupt various industries.
Stepping into temporary roles of higher managers, making big changes in the department so execs notice. This includes taking personal items and photos from people's offices. Overall, pay is pretty good at around $180k, but a high-yield investment car is mandatory.

Side business is Lego seller, Xiaomi collector, and eneloop investor.

    • the next "high yield investment" trend?

  • ACA won't care, they've previously had paid segments with CF

"Hello CF, it's ACA. We're getting a number of complaints from those angry customers of yours. We'll do you a great deal on a puff-piece showing some actors enjoying CF loot."

Contact ACCC. They probably had no intention of honouring the deal and was just bait advertising

    • I suppose I should give them a few more days for a chance to respond before I try this?

      • Try ACCC now as consumers suggested - even if it's just to find out your options. Don't put it off.

        • ACCC are a statistics based department. They're not going to act on your behalf
