    Oh please!

People, I think we have a winner for the inaugural Ozbargain "R.R.P. Hyperbole Award" for 2010.

    • I dunno, jaykho had some stiff competition from ShoppingSquare's $499rrp 1tb external drive! Tough call, we need a BS penalty shite-out! ;)

          ShoppingSquare’s $499rrp 1tb external drive

Certainly worthy of an honorable mention, however, it is quite possible that the 1TB drive was $500 (albeit in the distant past)…..I'll eat my hat if anyone has ever paid $190 for a Chinese made tea-light holder!

    • Heh, you could now get 10 for the price of one! I don't know what you guys are complaining about?
I also wonder why a bargain such as this has yet to score a +ve vote?

  • It's a candelabrum. Candelabra means two or more of these things.

    • English: Candelabrum (singular), Candelabra (plural)
      American: Candelabra (singular), Candelabras (plural)

      • Dunno where you got that from, but I've never heard of that usage. From the wiki:

"Candelabra" is the traditional term for a set of multiple decorative candlesticks, each of which often holds a candle on each of multiple arms or branches connected to a column or pedestal. A single member of such a set is known as a candelabrum.
