      The SiS ones are much easier to drink compared to the Winners. The latter is too thick, and have to drink water after that. I’ve got some High5 ones, juice consistency. Not as much energy as the others, but way easier to drink

        cheers for the info..ive only tried a couple in my whole time riding the last 5 years so its all new to me. intention is to just use them on longer rides during rest breaks so not so worried as i'll be generally off the bike and can drink/ingest with ease :P

        …will keep the high5s in mind for next time!

  can anyone recommend a kask helmet that has a low profile? i bought a giro savant a while ago and the thing just looks like an egg on top of my head. i always see people with kask helmets lookin so nice and streamlined and i want a piece of that
