  How does the box work? Is it like a wifi router? If so, what bands does it support? What happens if I use wifi extenders or repeaters at home?

    Hi Julz,

    Answers to your questions as follows;

    How does this work? - Our Family Zone box will connect to your router and provide a filtered wifi network using your existing router/modem for internet access, all you need to do is connect to the Family zone box WiFi

    Is it like a WiFi Router? - Almost, besides the fact that it cannot replace your existing router as it needs to be connected to that to gain internet access

    What bands does it support? - You can configure the box with both a 2.4GHz and 5GHz respectively

    What happens if I use WiFi Extenders or Repeaters at home? - Most Wifi Repeaters are supported as long as they are connected to the Family Zone Box WiFi
