The coming trade update retires trade tokens for shinedust.
Update the game and go to Shop > Limited time / Events > Other.

I think ive got enough but the 60 cap sucks would be great to exchange all for the hourglass

It just ticked over 4pm, but the app has no available update, and nothing appears in shop.
Is it just me, or is it possible it starts tomorrow instead?You have to update the game from the App Store.
It will appear in the in-game shop under "Limited Time/Events".
Thanks. I swear I checked the iOS App Store just after 4pm and the blue button said 'Open'. I checked again just now and now it says 'Update'. Might have been too keen.

If you haven't updated (or have another device which hasn't updated), you can still trade duplicate cards (3 diamonds or higher) for trade tokens.
I actually had to downlaod an older version on a different phone and log in trade duplicates for trade tokens. Managed to get an extra 400 trade tokens
PS: In the new update they remove the option to exchange duplicate cards (3 diamonds or higher) for trade tokens.
If you want to exchange your duplicates, do it before updating the app.
Did they replace it with exchanging for shine dust? Or are duplicates just stuck now, besides the cosmetic stuff?

Lol- I literally downloaded this game last week. I wish I understood what you are talking about trade token or how to exchange duplicates.
So do you guys just trade the rest to shinedust or just leave them be? Will they disappear if you don't trade them?

- 1 Diamond - 0 Shinedust
- 2 Diamond - 0 Shinedust
- 3 Diamond - 1200 Shinedust
- 4 Diamond - 5000 Shinedust
- 1 Star - 4000 Shinedust
Pretty generous, I think I'll be able to complete my 1 star collection in time.

Got it, if you already linked an account you also get it. Collect the hourglasses on the missions page.
I hope everyone has at least 60 trade tokens because it appears you can no longer get them.
