    An option for DHL Global Mail should come up under the DHL Express

    It should give two options as stated by the op. The default express one costs $$ the other underneath is free. Also you get free shipping totals over $80 before applying the discount. I wasn't logged in and only paid $63 for a few palettes with free shipping.
