DJI Mavic Pro USD $900.67 (~AUD $1139.92) or Fly More Combo USD $1152.27 (~AUD $1483.10) @ Banggood

Been looking at drones for awhile and this seems to be the best price i've seen for a Mavic Pro

Has both the standard and flymore options and looking at delivery times you could possibly get it before christmas

the best aus stock price was 1330 from camera sales

I know is expensive than the post and camera sales.
However, considering local warranty and prompt support this price $1399 is looking good and available before Christmas holidays:

if anyone going overseas soon and if they claim TRS then final price will be $1,272.00

  • Good price but the only thing will be the import tax :(

I bought a flymore from Banggood they declare the package at 40% less than what you have paid to get around the GST

  • That is an awesome price for a solid little drone

  • Re CR, made many high value orders but have never ever got a cent back from Banggood and Gearbest.

    • Yeah used them for some high value booking.com transactions and no surprise they won't pay.

    Is that price shipped?

    • It's the shipped price but not sure about import tax

The Apple version does not appear to come with the travel bag, car charger, Battery to PowerBank adaptor, or power hub.

I think this is the same gearbest are doing flymore for $1370 AUD $1029USD https://www.gearbest.com/rc-quadcopters/pp_483950.html?wid=2...
    using code CHINACOUPON.INFO004

    • Thanks for that. Note code only works for the Grey only, not the white.

Now do I risk what the declared value will be or wait for a local sale as I'm travelling with it anyway…

Anyone know whether GearBest declare the full value for import?

Any deals for Mavic pro platinum?

Import / GST tax on the way in = 10% more. Not a bargain IMO.

Online chat at Banggood guaranteed there would be no import tax payable here if the China warehouse is selected and Priority Direct Mail is used as the shipping method.

I tried chat with GearBest, but they were not online.

    • Spoke with one of the gearbest representative and here is the reply:
Thank you for your inquiry. Regarding taxes: Unfortunately, we are unable to predict or avoid if there is Customs tax or other related duty fee.

I think I'll wait for a local sales on boxing day.

      • Yeah these are extremely tempting.

But I'm doing the same, GST risk + warranty issues may not be worth the savings.

Here's hoping boxing day brings on some local deals…

  • Rumor is there will be new version coming out soon, hence the heavy discounting.

Update for everyone, I ordered the gearbest fly more combo. They declared it as $700. So should be import tax free. They just said rctoy as description.

    • which shipping method did you choose? have you got the item?

      • I used their AUExpress, i think it cost about $8. No, only got sent today but they sent me a copy of the commercial invoice which says $700

        • Good luck. Keep us informed.
