    Our items are shipped from Queensland Australia via untracked Aus Post. Depending on the area rural or city - times can vary.

    We are not required to show the ABN, but we are required to provide if asked. We must have one in order to set up a website in Australia. I went ahead and asked IT to add it to our websites, thanks for bringing this to my attention.

      Hi,

      I have placed the Order on 27th Oct'17 (Order No NS3-4808)and received ONLY two items out of Three that too after a month.

      I tried to check for the third item but no response. Anyway now I have submitted the request as per your above message.

      Lets see when I am going to get the third missing item.
