  exciting concept ….. how many seconds to shuck an oyster and if you blink or sneeze you will miss it …..maybe it will spread to uber eats and you can watch your meal being being prepared ….. or dominos cooking your pizza ….. not sure about watching where my steak came from before arriving at the butcher though.

  We went to an oyster shucking event at the Melb Show one year. Everyone that selected an pyster was guaranteed a pearl of a decent size as the otsters were scanned before being made available.

  It's weird how many people are into these 'shows'…
  Not a bargain when you can get a Fresh Water Oyster with a cultured pearl to open up yourself on ebay for ~$1.30 delivered…
