      Apparently if you order between 9:30pm and 12:00pm GMT they don't respond until after 1:30am??? Given my ongoing issues getting my gearbest order I figure I'll give this one a miss. Should have listened to the plethora of complaints!

          I have a problem as well.

          I activated a PUBG card on gamesdeal for steam cloud activation, but due to me having the game, didnt work. However, even though it said I can use it 10 times, I am unable to use it anymore and if I press the link it says sic[ 'You have already own this game. Can not activate more."

          Is it possible for me to get a refund or use it on another account?

    Umm my friend just bought pubg for his brother tried to redeem it but he redeemed it on his acc which already had pubg, it didnt work and now the key is redeemed help?

      Pretty sure if the same item is already in the Steam Library it doesn't let you redeem the code, he may be pulling your leg.

        Sometimes it does stuff up, like I had Company of Hero's, back in 2015, got a free code since I thought I didn't have it, it took the code, same with another game from an Alienware competitions.

    What's the difference between 'Steam Cloud Activation'and your normal key activation?

      Speaking from my one purchase, cloud activation is where you login to their page and their backend activates the purchased game against a restricted and cheaper region, eg China.

          Same as any "VPN Required" purchase, they are just providing the VPN.

          Maybe, this store looks to purchase from China. It also depends if the game itself has any regional restrictions too.

    Not a good experience - I tried to purchase the Steam key. I got charged 4% for paypal and now it says my transaction is blocked. It said they would ring me to verify but then after 3 minutes countdown it said no staff available to verify. Now it is 'pending verification'. This was a waste of time and maybe money also.

      Now they have refunded me through Paypal with absolutely no communication. I guess they don't want my money. At least I didn't have to go chasing it up, although it does say my refund is 'pending' in Paypal.

    I can't even logon, since I'm banned. Can do everything else but logon. Turned off Ad-blocks, reset pc, still get errors.
