  • Any scoopon code for further discounts?

    • No additional codes on this promo, sorry.

      • Is there any other site wide promo
I want to use it for other deal which is costing me over $1300

        • Not sure exactly what you mean?

Our service is really designed to provide awesome value all the time, this Scoopon makes the Choovie offering even better (for a limited time only).
Please note also that this Scoopon offer isn't valid with any other simultaneous deals.

  • +1

It sounds like a good premise, I just wish they wouldn't advertise it in Perth for sale as there are no cinemas in Perth accepting it.

    • Totally agreed. It's just tricky to limit the exposure by location given the distribution of our partner cinemas. But we definitely appreciate the frustration.

We're in discussion with some partners in Perth currently, aiming for some good news early next year!

  • Hi Rep,
    T's and C's under need to know;
Only valid to use til 12th March 2018?
Entire Scoopon must be used in one visit?

    • Hi mate, that's correct.
Any remainder leftover from the Scoopon voucher will be forfeited. Although we've aimed to set the values to match typical sales, eg. Single, Couple & Family.
At most cinemas the average price is around (or below) $10.

However you can purchase and use as many Scoopons as you like, they just can't be used simultaneously.

  • How long does this Scoopon/Choovie ticket balance last?

What happens to unused ticket balance, say $2.05? Do I lose it?

    • Hi Alvian, that's correct. We've set the values to match common purchases so it shouldn't be an issue, but any remainder is forfeited.

  • When are you expanding to Brisbane?

    • As soon as possible!

We're now active at Dendy Portside, and have plans to expand in the CBD early in 2018.

  • I was reading about something called MoviePass in the US and hoping something similar would expand to Australia
    https://www.thebillfold.com/2017/12/is-moviepass-too-good-to…

This doesn't look exactly the same, but interesting. Pity there are none within driving distance for me

    • We're certainly motivated by a similar logic, but we aim to deliver dynamic-pricing for a range of less busy sessions (rather than consistently undercutting the box office).
Still lots of great savings, and we'll be expanding rapidly in 2018.

If you want us to alert you when we're nearby, sign up to Choovie and set your location - we'll leave you alone until we land at your local.

    • so the less popular the session, the less you pay…*

So how much would it have been to see Justice League in its second week?

    • Hey mate,
Would depend on the cinema and the time of the session. Generally the earlier sessions tend to be less busy, and as a result are often the best value.
Mind you, Saturday lunchtime and Sunday afternoon are regularly discounted!

  • Uh, Nambour is in QLD. So is Dendy Portside. You should probably update the post.

    • Good spot - and so is Dendy, Portside - corrected now.
      Appreciate the heads up.

  • Hi rep, did you receive my pm?

    • Sure did, we'll reach out to them asap!

      • Great news, thanks.
