Increased Cashrewards Cashback @ Woolworths: Existing Customers $5 (Min Spend $50), New Customers $25 (Min Spend $100)

670

Edit (thanks Peck):

The $5 cashback for existing customers requires a minimum spend of $50. This is above the normal minimum for click & collect of $30.

The $25 cashback for new customers requires a minimum spend of $100.

Not sure if there is an expiry. Maybe the 22nd?

    Minimum spends:-
The $5 cashback is for existing online customers when spending a minimum of $50.
$25 for new customers when spending a minimum of $100.

    • Thanks. This should be in the main post.

Estimated approval: Up to 61 days

Last time it was 90 days. Indeed it came in 90 days.

  • Good deal but damn, a day late for me as I ordered yesterday.

    • Me too but tempted to cancel and reorder.

Never receive my woolie cashback last time.

    • Me too. Haven't received ANY cashback from woolies since sometime mid year. I could then lodge an appeal with CashRewards and they'll honour it, but it's quite a hassle. Any other has similar experience or has been successful in getting cashbacks consistently?

      • I have never got a cashback from Cashrewards for shopping at WW online except when I was a new customer. I’ve always assumed they just give cashbacks in form of discounted gift cards because that’s shown on the Cashrewards activity page. Is there a cashback for existing customers? Since when? And how much?

        • I think $1 for min spend $100

      • CR says in the small writing that the "reward" is not payable if payment is made using a gift card etc. My guess is if you are here, you probably paid via a gift card :(

The fine print says you can use WISH cards: "Woolworths WISH Gift Cards are a valid form of payment."

        • @redhaze1:

Doh not sure how i typed the nonsense i did before, but you are right my friend.

Woolworths WISH Gift Cards are a valid form of payment.

      • Last time when I had issue with not getting cashback with online WW purchase, I had to raised the issue with CR. Then they logged the case with woolies and then they had to issue the cashback to me as good will. It seems their website can't capture the online sale data or something. So if u haven't got the cashback logged a case with CR.

        • I've lodged with cashreward a long time ago using online form, no response since.. Even provide order no. Screenshot and everthing. Nothing.

        • @Jugg.Judy:
Just send them another follow up email ask for update if they don't respond to you after 90 days. I did that and good will credit with right amount was credited to my CR account.

        • i've done that about 5 times since July out of over 30 shops with woolies, it's time consuming and sometimes you just get lazy. Is EasternCulture or TightArse working for Cashrewards? Maybe he can take a look?

        • @Jugg.Judy: Sent you a PM @ 8:19pm Thursday. If you still require assistance, please respond. Thanks.

    • edie: just checked my cashrewards account and I HAVE been getting $1.00 back since November…maybe something has been fixed???

yeah none for me either :(
I did ask cashrewards about it but still nothing happened…

    Gift cards?

  • Excuse my ignorance but when it states new woolworths customers is that new customers via the cash rewards woolworths link or new woolworths customers?

    • +1

Also interested to know this. Although pretty certain its cashrewards.

  • I’m on a spend $40 get 2000 points deal for next week (Monday on). If I collect on Monday does that count?

    • No, I think it is when you place the order.

  • From OP's link: "Rewards for Existing Woolworths Shoppers: $1.00"
Where does it say $5 for existing customers?

    • looks like it's expired. was about to place an order as well.
