    Also on beeradvocate…

    1.98/5

Straw/piss coloured body with white bubbles clinging for their life on the side of the glass.

    There is actually an aroma
There is a slight note of hops and also an ethanol.

There is nothing, I mean, nothing there on the flavour.
It says serve well-chilled probably to hide the only taste presence a metallic tinge it also says a slice of lime, better take that slice, through away the San Miguel and put in a gin and tonic and I HATE G&T.

        i love this beer.

maybe you do, but from the reviews… We'll I've never come across a beer rated so low.

        your motives are very transparent

        So are yours…

      • If you love this beer, you have no business selling/importing/whatever beer. It's swill.

To be honest I dont see why this beer is priced above the rest in the range. Pure Blonde, Carlton Dry, Tooheys extra dry, etc.

I've had quite a few of the San Miguel beers, and it's no better or worse than your mainstream beer, which can readily be had for about $40 a slab. On top of that 330ml ?

Just stating my OzB opinion, that this aint a "Bargain"

Hello, we are importers only, so we do not stock Australian Beers. all our beers are imported direct. we try our best to keep prices low however there are additional costs such as transport fees, duty, taxes etc…..

however there are additional costs such as transport fees, duty, taxes etc…..

that does not make them bargains…

      • That's fair enough, unfortunately duty and taxes sort of kill the deal a tad, but just my opinion on the taste of this beer compared to some of the others I mentioned & the price.

Since I'm a San M. drinker when I am overseas I am able to compare & at around $40 I'd probably grab it.

    • On top of that 330ml ?

Most of the beers you compared it with are 330ml stubbies also.

      • Pure Blonde 355ml, Tooheys Extra Dry 345ml, Cartlon Dry 355ml…

What are you on about??? Where did you get your info from?

        • I stand corrected, close though! :)

The only San Mig you should be importing is Red Horse. :)

    • Yes. That is strong sh$t.

  • I actually miss drinking Red horse. Couple of bottles and your done. It really is strong. I'm Filipino but never heard of San Miguel Fresca. This one must be from Spain.

  • My local DM's had Corona slabs for $39.95/case yesterday, not sure if it's state/nation-wide but it's certainly a better choice than this beer.
