Yes sonic, yes refurbished, etc. Won't be beating my OLED HDR TV etc etc but cheapest 4K TV yet? Low stock so grab one soon, got one for the spare room. Delivery was $18 to metro VIC for me.

All Refurbished Stock is in perfect working order and comes with the standard manufacturer’s warranty.

Have a Merry Christmas folks!

  • wonder if it does at least 60hz at 4k, makes for a cheap 4k computer monitor

NO! read third and forth comment down: https://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/2408371

      "I've got one. Sadly.
It's response time is about 200ms slower than my computer monitors, regardless of resolution, I've also tried via HDMI and VGA, both with the ridiculous response time."

Reading further software update helped but still significant lag and it looks like 4k is 30 hz limited.

theres also comments immediately after that saying a firmware update improved it dramatically.

how much tho its our take on it, still i imagine its considerably more lag than normal pc monitor.

        • It's a downgrade to go to 30hz, laggy and oversized for a computer monitor.

I bought one of these to use as a computer monitor, ended up returning it since it was quite sub-optimal for it.

    (profanity) cheap

    It’s cheap for a reason….

    • Yeah because it's soooo good. Lol

    Are upvoters buying this crap?

or just upvoting because they like the + button

    • +1

I'm not buying, I like the + button.

      • Good to see your the second sheep to put his hands up.

Maybe next time try coming first place :)

    • Upvotes are free. That’s why.

      • And Ozbargainers love free stuff!

      • Upvotes are free but being a sheep is just stupidy

  • As UHD TV to product tags and any other tidbits you know like 42 inch or 4k 30Hz

  • I am tempted to get one for a non-gaming monitor to save me running 3 separate monitors. Im worried about chroma 3.3.3 or whatever they say you need for clear text. I'm not worried about a bit of lag for editing and spreadsheets.

Do not buy it as a monitor. Running windows at 30Hz is not good.

      • Yeah I know, the price is soooo good, but you are right. I will control myself.

  • What do they refurbish? the batteries in the remote:)

Wipe the finger prints off from the previous owner.

      • +2

Could be important to do depending on the previous owner!

        • +1

Maybe run a black light over it and see what is there. Ew!

        • @ShipShapeRC:

Oh no, i dont want to think about that!!!!!

  • BargainKen what the hell did you say!!! hahahahahah

    • He said the obvious but with naughty words that offended some.

  • I ve always wondered. Is there any difference with stock if its refurbished and comes with the same manufacturers warranty and as long as its not used significantly before.

Or is there a higher chance it will fail after warranty

    • It's usually just change of mind or display, should last the same.
