    Word of advice for those new to this game:

    Find a good block of time, preferably around 2-3 hours. Grab a headphone.
    Remove all distractions. No mobile phones, no facebook, no reddit, no ozbargain. Do not read up on this game.
    Go in blind and let yourself drown in the visual and sound of the game.

    I bought this game at full price due to praises from various friends and outlets. Personally I didn't enjoy it and didn't understand what the hype was.
    Your milage may vary.

    you can finish this in a couple of hours but its easy to replay. Hook it up to some decent speakers. And if you play it on PS3 you get the multiplayer for free.
