  • The bonus bottle offer still going?

    • The bonus bottle bundle offer ended 3rd Dec. This comes with the normal 3 bottles (that bonus bottle bundle offer came with 5 in total).

    • +1

After a long wait, I just picked up my blitz-2-go from the bonus bottle deal. My local store didn't have or know anything about the bonus bottle deal. Looks like I'll have to email Harvey himself.

      • +5

He’d just reply saying that you’re just a professional and don’t deserve any

      • Still waiting for mine (from the bonus bottle deal).

    • +1

I mentioned this on boxing day and while the clerk did say that the promo ended, he did sell the bottle set for $6 (instead of $13).

It's an option if you want.

  • Own and use plenty - might get one for work…

  • +1

Bought one on last sale. Money well spent.

    • Thanks and updated.

got one last time best $19 i’ve spent in years 😂😂😂

  • +6

I got mine from last deal. Very easy to use and clean. Cheap but of fairly good quality.

    • +2

Followed a suggestion from another post to clean…

      1. 1/4th fill with water + dishwashing liquid
      2. Blend
      3. Rinse
      4. Dry

My life has been changed for the better thanks to the OzBargainer who shared this simple life hack.

Thanks for great post,End up ordered 2 of them and ready for pick up now ^_^

  • +2

How do these go with ice?

    • +8

I have a Choice.com.au membership at the moment.
According to them, this blender scored 80% for "crushing ice", compared to say the Nutribullet 900 series which scored 100%.
Overall, this Kambrook scored 67%, compared to 80% for the Nutribullet. The worst blender tested (Sunbeam PB1000A GoBlend) scored 57% overall (and 60% for crushing ice).

      • +1

This is great. Thank you for posting. So does the Nutribullet get the top score for crushing ice and top overall score? I'd love to know which product scored the highest for each. Did they also score the Vitamix equivalent?

        • +6

Yep, the Vitamix S30 was the top scorer at 83% overall, with the Nutribullet getting equal second place. I just used the Nutribullet as a point of comparison mainly because that Vitamix has an RRP of almost $700!

        • +2

Cheers. Good to know that the Nutribullet comes close to the top scorer at a cheaper price.

    • For the purpose of smoothies/shakes it has no problem for me with approx 1/2 full of ice and rest fruit, can't say for straight ice though.

  • +3

How good are they for frozen berries/fruits for smoothies?

    • +17

Just went and bought one, to answer my own question it blended very easily.

      • Make sure your questioning self upvotes your answering self for going to so much trouble to be helpful.

  • Got the 900w nutribullet for 63 good guys click and collect eBay deal

  • +1

Thanks OP! Bought one, been looking for a blender, a cheap alternative to Nutribullets.

  • I swear this got ozbargained at goodguys, clicked and collect when i got there said allocation error and there's no stock lol…

Waiting on more stock right now..

  • +1

Cheers, snaffled one up. Actually needed some new shaker cups, this deal is worth it just for the 3 cups lol

  • What's the difference between this and a nutribullet?

    • +1

Probably not much at all. Is the increased price worth the extra features and/or power? I doubt it. It's for blending things, only needs one button lol.

  • cleaned up at both stores fml

  • I bought one from TGG. I reckon it's excellent at crushing ice because that's really all I've been using it for. If anything else can blend ice much better than this, it'd be highly debatable.

  • Thanks Op. Picked one up. There's still a lot at Mcgraths hill Harvey Norman near Windsor if you're willing to drive out a bit
