Cancelled with 20$ gc. Worst customer service. The least they could have dont is cancelled it on the same day or next day of order. They made me wait for more than a week before cancelling the order.
Not as lucky as the others here, my order was delivered but I only received a fraction of what I thought I would be receiving.
Horrible experience so far from Pharmadeal (the third party seller), playing the blame game between themselves and Amazon around the description being incorrect.
They want to go through a returns process but this means I'll have to pay for the shipping to return the nappies to them? So I'll be out of pocket for their mistake? I would have never ordered the nappies if it was just one pack.
I would have preferred an order cancellation (don't even care about the GC to be honest), now I guess I'll file a complaint and see how this all ends ups.

Yep I got the cancellation and $20 voucher too. We are so low on nappies now because we thought our big order was about to arrive. Hope there are some on special at woolies/Coles tomorrow.
How interesting that these products have now been removed off the site. I suspect they sold more than anticipated and at wrong price.
