  No, and the way US government agencies license their intellectual property explicitly in the public domain, it doesn’t need to be. But it is just pixel art of space craft/rovers in a any case.

It was actually cheaper a few days ago if you bought enough. The shipping was capped at $10 but many of the items were 75% cheaper. For example the T-Shirts were $1.20 each and I bought 8, plus a whole bunch of other stuff such as the little wooden Jokers - then $1.50 now $4.99. I got 20 items that would now cost over $180 for $46. The prices now cover the 'free' shipping and much more if you buy more than a few items.

This deal is only good, if you plan on purchase 1 or 2 items. If you plan on purchasing more, I suggest you wait until their 50%/75% off sales.
