Bought one from the last deal and I love it. Highly recommended.

Hi b2dz - what a lovely endorsement. Thank you! We are a small, family run business so these kind of recommendations mean the world.

      • Where are these made?

        • There are only 5 factories in the world that make 100% natural latex pillows using the Talalay process and we use one in China. We have a long, long, long standing relationship with them and use them because - in our opinion - they produce the best Talalay latex pillows in the world. TLC Latex Pillows is a small Australian owned family business.

  • has been cheaper previously

Hi thick - indeed we did sell'The Classic' at $60 per pillow once before. As stated on that offer it was 'never to be repeated' and it wont. $65.00 per pillow with free shipping is as low as we can go now - it is a genuine deal. Thanks for your feedback - you are a savvy shopper.

        I bought one

        • Awesome news - you are going to love it. They are beautiful pillows.

anyone know how this compares with the dunlopillo?

    • +1

Hi mobo - our professional history is with Pacbrands who made Dunlopillo. The TLC pillows are made in the exact same factory as the original Dunlopillos were made. (Dunlopillo are now made in a different factory due to production cost and many feel the newer product is inferior to the original Dunlopillo). Our 'The Classic' is a very, very similar pillow - the biggest different between the 2 is the tag saying TLC, rather than Dunlopillo. Hope this helps.

  • Any further deal for the soft pillow? I missed the previous 20% off deal

    • Hi Blackrose - we are actually low on stock on 'The Soft' with a new shipment due 1 February. I am afraid the deal only applies to 'The Classic' Talalay latex pillow.

    Purchased!

Thanks OP. Got one. Missed out the previous sale.

    • Great news Vinay - they are awesome pillows. Sleep well.

  • Hey rep, do you have anything for the big pillow?

    • Hi m9 - our 'The Classic' is the only pillow with an Ozbargains deal at the moment. We do have a deal on a 2 pack of 'The Big' on our website which offers 2 pillows at $75.00 each - with a RRP of $130 each: https://www.tlclatexpillows.com.au/products/classic/large/th…

      This includes free shipping.

      • Was about to jump on it when I thought it read $130 for 2. Must have selective vision I guess..

        • I thought I read it as $130 for 2 too lol

Hi mwclih - I know! There was huge demand prior to Christmas. They will be back in at the very start of February. Apologies!

what pillow would you suggest for an arm sleeper?

    • You'll have to enlighten me to what an arm sleeper is safwanc. I've not come across this before.

      • +1

haha maybe the correct term is stomach sleeper? I sleep with one arm under the pillow which makes is really hard to buy a comfortable pillow for me.

I sleep a bit like this image:

        • +1

This sort of suggests that you put your arm under or around your pillow to give your pillow greater height (profile). The aim with a pillow is to get yourself in alignment - so your spine is straight. You do not want a pillow where you head drops down (or is propped up too high) and some people use their arm (or fold their pillow in half) to create more height.

Stomach sleepers often find comfort (alignment) tricky. Some stomach sleepers use no pillow at all. 'The Classic' is a great all rounder pillow so would likely work wonders in your case.

          I do hope this helps.

        • @Sp8472: I'm a side sleeper and I fold my pillow for more height. Also it feels like I'm sinking into the pillow which makes me clench my jaw for some reason. It's a dunlopillo classic and a couple of years old.

Would it be better to get a higher profile, firmer pillow instead?

      • +1

        I think it's something disgusting.

OK, so I hate the heat. I seem to recall people saying you either love or hate latex mattresses and pillows, with much of that love or hate being related to whether you like the heat that is allegedly "trapped" by latex mattresses or pillows. Can anyone who already has one of these pillows comment on this, please? Thanks in advance.

    • +1

Sleeping hot is the pits. I'll leave your question open to others to answer as requested, but do keep in mind that these are Talalay latex pillows. Only Talalay latex pillows can truly breathe to stay cool in summer and warm in winter because of their open cell structure and unique pinhole design.

    • I hate heat too, but have no heat problem with my latex dunlopillo. My doona on the other hand…

After reading all the great reviews I'm biting the bullet and getting one! Fingers crossed I can finally get a decent nights sleep :)

    • +1

Hi cheekychief - a great pillow and a good nights sleep are two of life's great pleasures! Sleep well.

  • +1

Just ordered ‘the big’ pillow since it’s only a $15 price difference at $80 for a conventionally sized pillow. Fingers crossed this is as good as the reviews suggest.

    • +1

Hi jay29043 - I know I am biased Jay but our pillows are beautiful. 'The Big' is a gorgeous pillow. You will not be disappointed.

  • Is there any way we can try these before buying? Eg any shops which stock them? Or are they similar enough to dunlopillo to compare?

    • Hi fredblogs - i am afraid we do not stock in retail stores, only in our store online. This is what enables us to keep the prices so low for pillows that all retail well over $100. Our 'The Classic' pillow is like for like with the Dunlopillo - you can be confident in that. I do hope this helps.

  • Do you think one pillow would be enough or if I normally use 2 soft pillows together should I get 2?

    • Hi joshaldinio - this is a tough question to answer without knowing the profile (height) of your current pillows. Our 'The Classic' pillow is 13.5cms tall and medium density. If you currently use 2 pillows or fold your pillow in half to double it's height you may consider getting our 'The Bigger' rather than 2 x 'The Classic'.
