Have Supermarket Catalogue Constraints Been Relaxed?

I've noticed TA's advanced posting of catalogues for Coles and thought that this was in contravention of something I'd seen before about not posting before Sunday of week that pricing commenced. I can't find where this was stated and I haven't found any notification of relaxation of the constraint, so here I am to seek public acknowledgment that this is now ok.

    I could be wrong, but I think that only applies to Woolies.

    Only applies to Woolworths, permitted after 5PM Mondays prior to Wednesday's new catalogue.

    To clarify: The Woolworths policy is an old one. There has been no recent change with Woolworths. The recent change is TAs ability to get the Coles catalogue so early.
