      There are some debates whether sonic or oscillating ones are better. It goes both way. But i just loved the fact that you can go more than a month without having to charge is brilliant.

        so it works, just may not work as good as the oscillating one?
        charging is not a big issue if ur bathroom got a wall plug, just keep charging it when u ar not using.

          I have tried both Oral B (oscillating) and Sonicare (Sonic). Both top of the range for each model. I can feel that sonic cleans much better. From what i have read from reviews and forums, most agree that the sonic one works better. The only place that i have found that says oscillating is better happens to be on the Oral B website.

          Oral B has done nothing to improve their toothbrushes. Battery doesnt last long. Charging takes over 12 hours for the high end model and the battery seems to degrade and not hold charge quickly. Sonicare is a better built toothbrush and the finish and feel is good. One charge last for over 2 to 3 weeks and charging only takes a few hours.

      I've been using Philips Sonicare for the last 5 years. Sonic toothbrushes work well. Not all of them are of the same standard though, I think this one here is pretty good.
      Brushing is not that useful if you don't floss, sonic won't help too much in that regards.
