[Recommend] Micro USB Charging Cable

Hi ozBargainers,

I am sick of having el cheapo cables not working or not charging as fast after mere few weeks. Wasted so much money buying these cables.

Which cable(s) should I get?
I am looking at Anker but I dont know where I can buy them and guaranteed not fake.
I bought one from ebay before but I think it is fake..

Dont mind paying bit extra as long as it is durable and lasts long!

Cheers

Blitzwolf…. just going to leave that there…

any of the Chinese junk sites will have these cables and I like their fabric braided cables. All of my charging cables are now Blitzwolf. Great quality and work really well. Even the abuse my wife and child give them, they still look like new cables.

Banggood sell genuine Blitzwolf cables and they are pretty cheap…

I misread your post and thought you took the cables and abused your wife and child! I know these cables are durable but damn!

I mean, what else can you do if your wife tells you to get off OzBargain?

Step out of line in my house and it’s… “Go get me the micro USB cable! The long one!”

    • Another vote for Blitzwolf from Banggood, they have them in their Aussie warehouse now so delivery is fast.

    • Go for the turbo ones, one of my non turbo ones is fraying near the part A end.

  • Cablegeek sell Anker cables

  • Just search up nylon braided ones.. Amazon sell them probably cheapest unless you want to gamble on some Chinese ones from like gearbest or zapals or similar.

Anker powerline+ brand was the best when I last looked. Blitzwolf also very good. But honestly a no name Amazon one should do it just make sure it is nylon braided.

I bought from cablegeek but it was not cheap.. like $30 AUD or something pricey a cable. But well worth it still use the same ones but I am also very careful with my cables not sure how long they would last if I didn't treat them like porcelain but definitely longer than standard "plastic" cables.

Also got the I think 1.5m - 1.8m long variety. A bit long for me to be honest but better than being a bit short.

Merged from Reliable Micro USB Cables Recommendations

    Hey all,

I've been wanting to buy a few extra Micro USB cables for my phones. However, I've seen that there can be a lot of issues caused by cheap cables and aren't verified, etc. I wanted to know any relatively reliable Micro USB cables that won't break the bank or my devices.

Looking at JoyBuy, there are a lot, but seem sketchy.
