  • What does the XS stand for? Extra Small? And how come the second link is showing what looks like sunglasses with no lenses?

  • ugly and expensive

  • +1

    "youth fit"

  • They have few other Oakley on sale too. Good prices but not great. Normal fit in the turbines $153 non polarised and $192 for polarised. Not even close to what I paid for these from sunglasses hut just before Xmas. Makes me wish I had bought a few now.

    • Was sunglass hut cheaper by much?

      • Cant remember exactly but thinking I paid about 130 for the polarised

  • mine got scratched somehow so I gotta buy a new one, love them though

You can send them back to Oakley and they will replace the lenses for a fee - less than what you'd pay for a new set usually.

      • really? I had no idea, this would be a good option, do you know how I can do that? Thanks mate

        • +1

I did it twice actually. Once to replace the lenses, and once to replace my snapped frame (thanks to my at-the-time 4 year old). Both times it worked out cheaper than buying a new set. The frame replacement price was surprisingly good.

          1800-625-539 is their number.

They also seem to sell replacement lenses now, they never used to do this before. http://au.oakley.com/en/mens/sunglasses/sunglass-replacement…

        • @b2dz: yup, googled and got to that page too, my lens comes up to $100 but definitely cheaper than the 300+ RRP

        • @enzioFirenze:

From memory my replacement was $90 for the lenses and $45 for the frame. Worth giving them a call.

          I dearly miss my Oakleys.

        • @b2dz: me too, they are bloody good, they were my driving pair.

    • Blame it on l-l-l-luxoticca baby
