Rashi tops are a good idea, as I found out when I burnt myself in Hawaii, but I think the skirts would just get in the way of swimming efficiently. Sun protection is one thing but when modesty means you hamper women’s ability to participate in an activity that is another, I would be concerned about the effect of the skirt if you are trying to swim out of a dangerous tide. I wonder if bike shorts might be a better bet?
Just take it as read my usual comment about how illogical religion is and your faith should be between your God and yourself and not dictated by a bunch of arbitrary men with a stake in the existing patriarchy.
