        @steff: I had cashrewards track it for me, even after using Booko's redirect for free shipping. I think I went through Booko first, loaded up my cart, went to checkout (to ensure the free shipping voucher was applied), then opened a new tab and went through cash rewards to complete the purchase. Still got free shipping and a confirmation of cash back from cash rewards. I mean.. we'll see if it goes through yet… But it might work :P
