    Last time I ordered from these guys it took over two weeks to get delivered. It got to 4 days still sitting in processing when I emailed to ask what was going on. The response was basically tough $*%#, we allow a 2-10 days for dispatch and just wait. Didn’t get dispatched until day 10, and took another 5 days to get delivered. Complete joke. Would try to order c&c. But I have never been able to find the larger bags of ZiwiPeak available for C&C. I’m sure YMMV, but I won’t trust them again.

      That sure is a bad experience but I've ordered from Petbarn dozens of times and never had a single issue. Delivery is usually 2-3 days to ACT. Not trying to discredit your story, just adding my experience.

        Yeah, I can’t imaging they would still be around if that experience was everyone’s. My main issue was with the poor after sales service and care factor to even check what was going on. I find with companies you really find out what they are like when things go wrong. Things probally go right and follow process 95% of the time, so a company is lauded as great, but that doesn’t mean the company is trustworthy or a company worth supporting. But hey, people will put up with a lot of crap for a few $$$ off. Lol.

        It seems like they farm the online orders out to individual stores instead of a central warehouse, so orders get bounced around if they is no stock, gets sold before they are picked. Just a bit of communication goes a long way.

        These days if you don’t have a decent delivery chain / process you will get eaten alive. People expect (rightly or wrongly), a certain level of service and efficiency with online orders, and companies don’t always get a second chance if they screw it up. I’m one of the lost ones.

        ( not that I am trying to discredit your experience either :) )

      I’ve noticed when I order wellness core cans the dispatch is minimum a week, often get the email for a refund due to oos but get shipping notification a few days later.

      Today just ordered flea/worming and I’ve got the tracking in 58min, new record for Petbarn.

        What’s the difference with crystal vs the catsan clay? Am curious if it’s a cat preference or better absorbency etc..

          Crystals absorb the smells a bit better and leave less of a mess outside of the litter box. Also they tend to last longer for me when used in conjunction with some baking soda on the bottom of the tray.

        I've recently swapped to the "Trouble & Trix Odour Neutralising Anti Bacterial Fresh Scent" and really like it. The price is quite comparative, I feel it lasts a bit longer with better odor control.

        The dog food is fine. Our vet, who we know quite well and I trust, says it is perfectly acceptable and our labradors are in great health.
