Finally Bought a Eneloop Charger- What Batteries to Buy?

Finally bought a Liitokala Lii - 500 LCD Battery Charger for $20 from gearbest and it arrived in about 2 weeks (not too bad).

Anyway, I'm on the lookout for batteries for it.
I hear ikea and aldi are good value for money, but I don't know if they deliver as I'm not near any shops. Would the ikea ones work in the liitokala?
Ikea look like $8 for 4 + $40 click and collect from a collection point.

Are there any other ones I should go for?

If you own any cree torches, or if you plan to own any cree torches, you will want some lithium batteries as well. 18650 or 14500 cells in particular.
