    may i suggest that you write the normal price in the description so people know how much they are saving. Also maybe write how much the shirt is without the free offer, and how much it is with the free offer

funnily enough a lot of teams don't even have the option to customise the kit, any examples of it being a good deal- shipping is also 10 pound

This is a bit misleading - it's not 'free', you have to purchase an item, and you get then you can customise it for free.
A little bit click-baity.

Something like 'Free Hero ID when purchasing Shirt - Minimum spend $xxUSD/$xxAUD' would be more fitting.
