this is what the t/c says: Once registered, you must complete one (1) single transaction of $40 or more at a Katies Store or Katies online no later than 23:59 AEDT on 31 January 2011. Cardmembers may only register one Card for this offer.

Redemption of the gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of Katies and will expire in January 2012
