    not 100% sure but i think it can work over VPN as you may be not be using Aussi and German servers to connect..
    I would leave this question to someone who already tested with other games with these restrictions.

  Grabbed Just Cause 3, thanks. Also just realised that I had Just Cause 2 which of course I never got around to playing. Hope this doesn't have the same fate.
