Even at half price they are too expensive for me, $65 for school shoes, no thanks. My boy tears through school shoes like no tomorrow, so I won't be willing to pay more than $40 max for a pair. Anyone have experience with these shoes? Are they really durable enough for a 6 year old to justify the price at $65?

  I found Airflex are great for comfort and fit well, but for the price don't last as long as I'd like.

Yes my daughter had the Airflex shoes and they were great. I do find that spending a bit more on shoes for kids is worth it. My 6yo son wore his Harrisons all year last year. We got the same again this year. Very much worth the cost and good for growing feet.
