      Because it’s a bargain :) I’m a language teacher and very interested in bilingualism. There are studies that show people who speak two languages if they develop dementia when older , will happen 5 years later. It stimulates different parts of the brain, hence you can become more intelligent and also develop different other skills. Languages are great!

        Concur with that, I myself speak 3 languages including French and can manage a little bit of Spanish. People who are bilingual or mutliligual think faster, are more versatile and can access more information from different sources.
