Already bought 5 packets. This is not going to do the weight any favours :(

    • Look, it's only 1.350kgs. You'll be right

Got the Peri Peri flavour wasn't as awesome as it sounds.

  • Large bag of Twisties (270g)

    How is that Large ?

    • +6

Compared to your beer belly I guess you’re right… it’s not large at all

      • +3

I prefer a sauvignon blanc with twisties.

Hmmm… I always saw you as a Matt LeBlanc kind of guy

  • No Chicken or Burger Rings in the party size at Coles… No deal.

      Don't forget to upvote.

      • Even if they had the varieties I liked, I'd be 50/50 on whether it's a deal anyway. 100g Twitsies/Burger Rings go on special for $1 all the time at both shops. So for $2 you get the same amount of Burger Rings, or 10% less Twisties, but you aren't stuck with a giant bag of one flavour, and can get 2 varieties instead if you wish. So… possibly not really a deal worthy of it's own post, dunno.

That's a fair call, you've really thought it through.

          @WatchNerd:

Lol I just realised I was wrong anyway, thought the Twisties were 220g, not 270g. The Burger Rings were the ones 220g. Guess the Twisties are worth it for the size.

          Yet still no upvote? :P

@WatchNerd, you are Ozbargain’s resident watch expert. @MathNerd, your icon is a watch. As I am pretty dopey & perennially half asleep, I mixed you all up & mistook you as the same individual. Tell us, are you perhaps identical twins :)

anyone eaten these lately - certainly they've changed the recipe from when i was a kid. Now taste like cardboard. Used to taste like delicious fake cheese.

Tastebuds change when you grow up too. Kids probably like the taste of cheesy cardboard.

yet another reason why I decided not to grow up…..just out

    • Try the Aldi replicas - I believe they are using the original recipe.

      • +1

I've tried them and there is no way that's true, haha.
I won't be buying them again.

  • Coles will have the smaller bags (100g) on special for $1 as of 14th Feb. They may also have the burger rings for the same price too.

  • I refuse to interrupt my diet. No. (buys 10)
