  I wouldn’t say a $40-$60 saving on an item is really that great of a deal, especially considering the competitors on eBay.

  Hell a delonghi 25L is $360 brand new, so what does your brand have that justifies the much higher pricing ?

    Thanks for the feedback. Unusual system whereby you negotiate the price. Wouldn't that take up your time and effort? Maybe just offer your best price.

      The option is there to negotiate if the customer is serious about a product.
      If someone is serious enough to contact us and wants to ask if we can do it for a better price we are happy to consider.

      Rather than the large retailers with inexperienced staff just trying to flog off anything (suitable for the situation or not) we can at least discuss the customers situation and hopefully provide a better opportunity for them to get the correct product (especially if they are unsure of what they need).

      End result = usually a happier customer and no returns because of unsuitable products and also, more than likely a better than advertised price…

      We dont mind spending the extra time to ensure they get the right product.
