  Yes I know exactly what you are talking about OP. I was buying those cheap crappy pens from the cheap shop for a few cents each, they just made feel sick in the stomach when after just a couple of weeks they would dry up or the ball would seize up.
  So I took your advice and upgraded to something costing almost 10 times the price (at about 20c each for a Bic!) . W.o.w. They last for months of solid writing, it's amazing and genuinely like they have cutting costs perfecting it for decades.

  LOL for $79 USD you can buy a lot of pens locally when you need to use one. Normally just put it on the phone or ipad.
