    WARNING: I bought a S7 case from phonebot a while ago and it broke after a couple of weeks of use. I tried contacting phonebot via email, via web form (which was broken) and nobody ever got back to me. Very bad post-sale service.

        I've had exactly the same problem. Trying to contact phonebot via webform under the "returns" and also "contact us". Never heard back. Also tried calling them and was told to contact Samsung directly. Samsung said the exact opposite - that for accessories we should contact the original retailer. Very frustrating. Order 11031

          if you paid with paypal I'd recommend you just open a dispute and escalate it quickly cos they're never going to get back to you. just read through the comments here and on other pages with their bargains on them.

      I had the exact same issue a week ago and tried to touch base with them, but no reply. The funny thing is back when i place the order last year i reached out to them an hour after i placed the order to change the colour and pay more and funnily enough they replied back within hours. Now, when it's after-sale warranty support they are nowhere to be found. Pathetic after-sales support!! Buyer beware.

    Sent wrong item, refused to respond to any email, I'm currently going through a PayPal dispute.

    Seriously, spend 5 minutes reading through this blokes previous deals then do yourself a favour and avoid these guys like the plague.

        How can I even know to send it back if no one replies to my email? I opened a PayPal dispute 5 days ago and no one replied to that either until I escalated it this morning.

      100% mate. we have been selling over 5 yrs on ozbargain, this is the first time that iv got negative feedback due to a few mistakes. but nevertheless all theese complaints have been escalated and either already resolved or in a couple days

      Phonebot's offering is an official Samsung product with the NFC tag, whereas the one from aliexpress is a aftermarket one without.. not the same product at all, so comparing the two on price is a poor measure, pun unintended lol
