that always frustrates me too. My OCD can't let it go. Once Bras N Things ran a promo on Facebook with a time frame and 25 words or less. First winner they chose entered after the cut off. I sent them a very polite message. They responded with an apology and picked an additional winner. The second winner used over 25 words. Another polite message was sent and a third winner picked. I knew after sending a message I would never get picked but my brain was able to rest easier knowing someone who followed the rules also go to win. :)
So frustrating!
