[XB1/X360] Mass Effect 2 & 3 (Digital) - $10.48 Ea @ Microsoft Store (Backwards Compatible)

90

ME2 and ME3 both down to $10.48. While you can probably find them cheaper on ebay, this is the lowest I've ever seen them for ditial purchase.

  • Is this also new to the store? I swear I couldn't used to be able to find Mass Effect 2 on the online shop. I love this series so much, will be awesome to replay for the 5th time.

Yep, they added the digital copies when they were added to BC. You can now get the entire trilogy running on the XB1. Just waiting for ME1 to come on sale now.

  • Are these Xbox One X enhanced or am I better of sticking to PC?

    • No, not yet anyway. I wouldn't be holding my breath for them either. I think only 7 360 games are enhanced atm, but an article today suggested more will come.

  • Extremely frustrating that MS still hasn't allowed wallet payments for 360 title unless you purchase through the 360.

    • This is annoying the hell out of me. I've got the funds in my Microsoft account to cover it, but sold my 360 ages ago. I've asking all my mates who still has one lol

      • I've kept it thanks to the wife demanding a way to keep her banjo saves lol. But incredibly annoying to turn it on just for this.

Though I've also got the earlier Burnout and Fight Night games I can't bare to lose.

Cue these being added to Game Pass after I purchase though. Was going to subscribe if only for future 1st party titles. Pretty much have the rest.

  • How does Mass Effect 2 & 3 treat previous games in the series? I have heard that your character and/or relationships formed within the game carry over? I have played and completed ME1 on PS3, however keen to get these on XB1, but only if i dont need to play ME1 again on xbox?

    • You can choose most if not all of the decisions from the previous game in a special interactive comic book sort of style. Can't remember if it's built in or a couple of dollars for the DLC.

    • As ashanrath mentions above, you’ll need the Mass Effect 2 DLC “Genesis” to be able to select the choices you made in ME1 and have them imported into ME2.

Need to pay for it though, $3.95.

The Dead Space games are all $7.50 as well. Great games and backwards compatible too.
