Cheapest Way to Send a Parcel to China?

Hi all,

I need to send a parcel back to China and want to know the cheapest way! Has anyone here done it cheaply? The parcel is about 2.5-3KG, and is 30cm x 28cm x 21cm. A couple of online quotes are between $100-150. Interested in peoples direct experiences if possible. Thanks!

I send my parcels from work.
Not sure how much they cost.
That’s the cheapest way I’ve found.

    • about $5/kg

      • Funny how it is cheaper to send to China than it is interstate but I think I understand why and it makes sense. Bulk flights to China than to say Queensland or Northern Territory. Sent a package recently less than 1kg for like $13 aud from NSW to NT.

go to one of those chinese shops in the suburbs that have milk powder and vitamins and a couple of UGG boots in the window, they should be able to send stuff for you

  • Chang Jiang international express is what everyone uses, it's everywhere in melb

  • Yeah here in Melbourne there's plenty of 'daigou' and then shipping services to facilitate them,

These stores ship to China and usually havemilk powder/baby formula/health supplements

Stores are mostly here in Box Hill (Melbourne/VIC), few in Glen Waverley, even some Chinese groceries will advertise shipping services

  • I imagine the same services are available in Sydney?

    • yep same services available in Sydney, I think I recall about $8/kg for those services.

For an absolute overflow of daigou shops you can look on anzac parade kingsford or chinatown

    • You can find em nearly everywhere, they've grown like mushrooms.

I saw few shops at these locations: Chinatown/City CBD, Auburn, Campsie, Parra, Epping, and more. Just depend where you live to these closest suburbs.

  • Hi Peanut money, why did you remove your comment?

  • Where can I find a list daigou shops that offer a shipping service to China.
