I've been trying to add in my Westpac to G Pay, when it goes to contacting your bank, it fails and advises to contact them… Has anyone had this issue?

So are people getting this email also seeing the offer in their Flybuys accounts? I didn't get an email, can't see any general offer on the internet and it's not in my Flybuys offers so guessing it's targetted and not worth the effort. Correct?

Received email added Flybuys card to Google Pay, had issue to add bank card, wondering does the name of credit/debit cardholder have to be same as the Flybuys cardholder to receive the bonus points, or can I use family members' credit card then scan Flybuys card using Google Pay
