  It is. At this point in time I can't exactly recommend this product mainly due to it being such low quality.
  Laser products aren't pre-charged regardless of what the package states, charge up devices so slowly and come with that short flimsy cable that is also poor quality.
  
  Get a Xiaomi Mi Power Bank, no kidding its actually so good.
  
  If my calculations are correct it can charge a device at 1.2 Amp and itself at 1 Amp.

Can it power a device whilst it's being charged? If so it might make a nice little UPS for a Raspberry Pi.
